    About This Accommodation

    New apartment in the city center of Gueliz, just a few steps from the train station, located in a modern and secure residence with a swimming pool. This well-equipped and comfortable apartment is close to all amenities, including the train station, shopping center, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, gyms, and spas. Families, couples (married Moroccans), and mixed foreign groups are welcome in our accommodations. Moroccan couples are required to present their marriage certificate to the security manager of the residence.

    The Accommodation

    It features an air-conditioned bedroom and a climate-controlled living room with two sofas and a 55-inch TV. There is also a bathroom with a hot shower, towels, an equipped kitchenette, a workspace with a coffee corner, and among the highlights of this apartment, it is well-decorated, well-maintained, sunny, and located just 3 minutes on foot from the train station.

    Other Remarks

    IMPORTANT RULES: We kindly inform our valued guests that:

    • For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one partner is Moroccan), a marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented at check-in.
    • Sexual tourism is strictly prohibited, subject to immediate expulsion and legal action.
    • Guests are expected to maintain good behavior towards neighbors (quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 10:00 AM) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not allowed.
    • If nuisance rules are not followed, our agency reserves the right to expel tenants before the end of their stay.
    • Any additional guest must be declared to the host.
    • Only families, married couples, and non-mixed groups are allowed in our accommodations, in accordance with the residence rules.
    • Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the agency disclaims any liability in case of tenant negligence.
    • Please note that for security purposes, there is a surveillance camera monitoring the entrance door.

    Additional fees will be charged for each traveler beyond 3, with a maximum of 4 travelers allowed.


    As part of routine procedures, a short-term rental contract with the duration of stay will be presented to tenants for signature.

    GENERAL CONDITIONS

    Article 1: This short-term rental contract is reserved for the exclusive use of furnished tourism accommodation.

    Article 2: Duration of stay: The tenant signing this contract for a determined duration cannot, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

    Article 3: Arrival and departure: The tenant must present themselves on the specified day within the time slot mentioned in this contract. The tenant is required to provide a copy of their ID and that of other travelers, as well as a copy of the marriage certificate in the case of a Moroccan couple, before entering the premises. Teenagers and children under 18 can be included on an accompanying adult’s registration. Departure must be before 12 PM (please notify your departure time the day before or by phone to the owner).

    Article 4: Use of premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and use it in accordance with its intended purpose. The tenant agrees to occupy the premises personally, in accordance with the number of people planned. The tenant must maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood. The tenant agrees to familiarize themselves with the house rules and adhere to them. Any violation of the house rules will be considered a breach of contract initiated by the client. Sexual tourism is strictly prohibited, subject to immediate expulsion and legal action. Parties and events are not allowed. The rental agreement between the parties cannot benefit any third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, without the owner’s written consent. Any breach of this clause may lead to the immediate termination of the rental, with the rental income remaining definitively with the owner. Please note that for security purposes, there is a surveillance camera monitoring the entrance door.

    Article 5: Capacity: This contract is established for a maximum capacity of people indicated in the contract. If the number of tenants exceeds the accommodation capacity, the owner may refuse additional persons. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered initiated by the client.

    Article 6: Responsibility and insurance: The tenant occupies the premises as a responsible individual. They assume responsibility for the rented property and are liable for any damages caused by them.
