Apartment Description

• Location: Situated 10 minutes from Gueliz, 20 minutes from Jemaa El Fna square, 15 minutes for activities like quad biking, and 20 minutes from the airport.
• Garden View: Enjoy a pleasant garden view, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
• Free Parking: One of the few apartments in the area offering free parking.
• Self Check-In: Secure access with a key box for easy and flexible arrival.

Amenities & Facilities

• Modern Comfort: Spacious, fully-furnished apartment with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi (17 Mbps), 55” Smart TV with Netflix, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
• Pool Access: Access to the residence’s pool (hours: 9:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00). Pool bracelets are provided, with a 30€ fee if lost.
• Workspace: Dedicated workspace for business travelers or those wishing to stay connected.
• Included Services: Bed linens, towels, and toiletries provided, with cleaning service before your arrival.

Optional Experiences & Services

• Airport Shuttle: Direct transfer from the airport for just 20€ (if more than 4 people, 35€ with two vehicles).
• Breakfast: Enjoy a complete Moroccan breakfast for 7€ per person (if 4+ people) or 10€ per person (for 3 people or less). Customized options available upon request for an additional fee.

House Rules

• Restricted Access: Unmarried Arab couples are not allowed to stay together, as per Moroccan law. Mixed couples from other nationalities must provide their foreign passports.
• Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• Non-Smoking: Please respect the apartment’s non-smoking policy.
• Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 12:00 p.m.
